CPA Tax Payroll and Accounting Corp is a CPA firm based in Naperville, Illinois. We prepare taxes, keep books, run payroll and represent clients before the IRS and state tax agencies, so the three things that most often go wrong in a small business or a busy household (the tax return, the books and the payroll filings) are handled together instead of by three people who never speak to each other.

Where we work

How we work
- Scope and fees in writing. Services begin only after a written engagement agreement that says what we will do, what we need from you and what it will cost.
- Plain English. We explain what a form or notice means and what your options are, and we put deadlines first.
- Planning, not just filing. The best time to save tax is before the year ends, so we look ahead as well as back.
- Confidentiality. We treat your financial information as confidential and ask you not to send Social Security numbers or account numbers by ordinary email.
- Honest limits. We are CPAs, not attorneys. When a matter needs a lawyer, such as an operating agreement, a will or litigation, we say so and coordinate with yours.
